New flights to Washington-Reagan National follow added service to New York, Salt Lake City
Delta Air Lines announced new service between Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and Washington-Reagan National Airport, providing St. Louis customers with nonstop service to Washington, D.C.’s preferred airport.
“Our new service to Washington-Reagan National underscores Delta’s commitment to its St. Louis customers, particularly business travelers,” said Hank Halter, Delta’s chief financial officer. “Our new flights will provide convenient service between a major Midwestern business center and the nation’s capital.”
The new service does not affect Delta’s previously announced capacity guidance for 2010 and 2011.

Delta, which traces its history in St. Louis to 1934, offers nearly 40 peak-day flights at Lambert in its fall schedule, with service to nine cities, including all seven of its major hubs.
Customers can access convenient one-stop connecting service to Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, the Caribbean and all regions of the U.S.
