Police: Man Grew Marijuana in Florissant Apartment | Crime
A Florissant man was charged July 18 with growing marijuana.
Florissant Police said they received a tip that Giovonni Jones, 21, of the 100 block of Reeb Lane, was growing marijuana in his apartment.
