Neighbor's Photos Lead Police to Burglary Suspect | Crime
A Hazelwood resident kept tabs on a man who came to his door July 16 and helped police nab a burglary suspect, according to a St. Louis County Police report.
Terry Winebarger II, 39, of the 6000 block of Lindbergh Boulevard in Hazelwood, was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary and felony stealing.
