Free Hearing, Speech And Vision Testing Set For Saturday

ROCK HILL, MO. (KTVI) – The Center for Hearing & Speech will be offering hearing, speech and vision testing on Saturday, May 18th from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.  The screenings are free and open to the public, as part of National Better Hearing and Speech month in May.

ST. LOUIS (KTVI)- You wont believe the incredible voice of a St. Louis McCluer North High School senior who can sing opera.

Willnard Anderson's vocal capabilities allowed him to be selected as a member of the Missouri All State Choir . Anderson has emerged as a rising star in the world of young opera singers. In conversation, though, Andersons is articulate, friendly and candid, he's much like any teenage boy talking about what he loves and who he wants to be.

17- year old Willnard Anderson is a honor student at Mccluer North High School in St. Louis.

Free Asthma, Hearing & Vision Health Screenings For Children

Free Asthma, Hearing and Vision health screenings for all St. Louis Metropolitan area children, insured and uninsured between the ages of 1-18 throughout July at specific Shop’n Save locations. Sponsored by Child Safety Day, Home State Health Plan, Shop’n Save and Page Law, the FREE health screenings will be performed by St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

The Back to School season is just around the corner. Child Safety Day wants to help parents get ready for the 2012-2013 school year by making it easy for them to get essential health screenings for their children.
