Suspect Charged With Assaulting Kinloch Police Officer | News
Over the weekend, Florissant Police arrested a man suspected of hitting a Kinloch police officer with his car during a traffic stop Friday evening. David Soest, 49, has been charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a law enforcement officer.
The officer with hit Friday evening at Scudder Rd. and North Hanley. The officer was able to get up and chase the suspect, who left the car he was driving at the owner's home. He had borrowed the car to run an errand.
