High Ridge Woman Facing Multiple Burglary Charges
A 28-year-old High Ridge woman is facing multiple second-degree charges in connection with five Fenton and High Ridge home burglaries. Anna Messmer, of the 1600 block of South Golden Circle, allegedly broke into the homes and stole numerous items including jewelry, electronics and cash. The burglaries occurred over a two week period in August.
Police: Man Snatches Woman's $500 Purse in Maplewood
A man is accused of snatching a $500 Coach purse from an Enterprise Rent-a-Car employee in Maplewood. Shortly afterward, Maplewood Police arrested Allen D. Johnson, 31, of the 7200 block of Anna Avenue, at his apartment building a few blocks away.
Men Charged With Selling Bootleg Movies
A Bridgeton man was one of three men were charged with selling bootleg movies from a Discount Cigarettes store in Jennings. Saddam Mutan, 20, of the 3600 block of Bridgeton Square in Bridgeton, the store owner, was charged Wednesday with offering unauthorized recordings for sale, a felony. The store is at 7313 West Florissant Road in Jennings.

A Bridgeton man was one of three men were charged with selling bootleg movies from a Discount Cigarettes store in Jennings. Two others charged offering unauthorized recordings for sale were Ivory Jackson, 56, of the 6000 block of Enright Avenue in St. Louis, and Ghazi Khader, 64, of Belleville, IL.

Man Charged for Robbing, Hitting Person in Head With Bat
Hazelwood Patch previously reported a man beating another man with a bat in December. That crime has now been linked to a Florissant man whom police say hit a robbery victim in the head twice with an aluminum baseball bat before taking his cell phone. Hazelwood Police said Aaron Lawson, 20, followed the man to his residence Dec. 3 in the 1600 block of Ville Cecelia Lane in Hazelwood and attacked him when he got out of his car.
Man Charged In Kinloch Shooting Death
A St. Louis man is being held on one count of First Degree Murder and one count of Armed Criminal Action. Larry Wandrick, 28, of the 4700 block of Plover, St. Louis, Missouri, is allegedly responsible for the murder of a 38-year-old man that was found dead from a gunshot wound at the 8100 block of Gregory.
Police: Hazelwood Man Chokes Girlfriend During Argument
A Hazelwood man faces a criminal charge for assaulting his girlfriend on Jan. 11. Charles Murphy, 31, of the 8600 block of Morningaire Circle Drive in Hazelwood, was charged Jan. 12 by St. Louis County prosecutors with second-degree domestic assault.
Adult Daycare Director Charged With Submitting Fraudulent Medicare Claims
A director of a North County adult daycare was charged with submitting fraudulent Missouri Medicaid claims totaling $13,724. Arthur Jordan, 51, of the 1800 block of Kilmory Drive in St. Louis County north of Florissant, was charged Wednesday with six counts of violations involving health-care payments by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. Jordan was director of Adult Care Solutions at 12444 Lusher Road in Spanish Lake.
Police: Men Burst Into North County Home With Metal Baton, Rob Five People
Two men burst into a North County residence with a metal baton and robbed five people inside the home on Monday, St. Louis County Police said. Police said Jonathan Q. Phillips, 24, and another man broke into the home in the 15600 block of 94th Ave. near Vaile Avenue and Old Halls Ferry Road. They forced five people inside to get down on the floor.

Jackson, 19, of the 5900 block of Boulder Creek Court in Hazelwood; Raven J. Johnson, 19, of the 2700 block of North Waterford Drive in Florissant; and Keyierra A Perkins, 17, of the 700 block of Madison Lane in Florissant.

A Florissant man faces criminal charges for molesting an 11-year-old girl. Kevin McCreight, 39, of the 3900 block of Greengrass Drive in Florissant, was charged Friday with first-degree statutory sodomy and first-degree child molestation.
Oakville Man Faces Sixth Drunk Driving Charge
An Oakville man faces his sixth alcohol-related driving charge after St. Louis County Police pulled him over Saturday on Telegraph Road at Reavis Barracks Road. St. Louis County Police said Eugene Nesser, 42, tried to run from a traffic stop, but was caught nearby. Officers said they saw signs that Nesser was intoxicated, including watery and bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, a strong odor of alcohol, and he staggered while walking or standing still.
Lemay Man Charged With Stalking Woman After Being Released on Parole
A Lemay man is accused of stalking a woman after he contacted her three times in December, about a month after he was placed on parole for violating a protection order. Kevin R. Lucy, 40, of the 100 block of East Goetz Avenue in the Lemay area, was charged Thursday with stalking after previously pleading guilty to violating a protection order, a class D felony.
Belleville Man Taken Into Custody On Domestic Battery Charges
A Belleville man was arrested Monday night on domestic battery charges. Kevin W. Hill, 54, was charged with two counts of domestic battery after Belleville police responded to a disturbance at 1614 Dutch Hollow Rd. in Belleville.
Man Charged With Selling Cocaine to Undercover Officer
A St. Louis County man sold cocaine three times to an undercover officer in St. Peters, according to a St. Charles County Drug Task Force report. Daniel Flores, 22, of the 10400 block of Boylston Court in Overland, was charged Monday with three counts of distributing a controlled substance.
O'Fallon Man Charged With Punching Stepson in the Face
An O’Fallon man faces a criminal charge for punching his 15-year-old stepson in the face Jan. 11. Barry Allen Yardley, 37, of the first block of Chip Drive in O’Fallon, was charged Monday with third-degree assault.
St. Louis Man Arrested With Stolen Cell Phones, Marijuana
A St. Louis man was arrested in St. Peters charged after the St. Charles County Sheriff's Department found two stolen cell phones in the man's vehicle. Tyson Evans, 30, of the 6100 block of Arsenal Street in St. Louis, was arrested on Jan. 1 in the 200 block of Cedar Grove Drive in St. Peters.
Police: O'Fallon Man Attacked Wife and Sister, Set Dog on Brother-In-Law
An O’Fallon man faces criminal charges for hitting his wife and sister and ordering his dog to attack his brother-in-law Sunday. Joshua R. Hackmann, 19, of the first block of Meramec Shores Court in O’Fallon, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree assault and one count of third-degree assault.
Chesterfield Man Faces Third DWI Charge Since 2003
A Chesterfield man faces his third alcohol-related driving charge after Town and Country Police pulled him over on Interstate 64 Jan. 2. Gregory M. Orrick, 49, of the 16300 block of Champion Drive in Chesterfield, was charged Jan. 2 with driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender, a felony.
