De Soto Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges
A 25-year-old De Soto man has been arrested for allegedly downloading child pornography images at Jefferson College. Surveillance revealed that Johnnie Lewis was in the computer lab at the college library on Monday and detectives observed him download images and take them into the restroom.
Imperial Man, High Ridge Acquaintance Charged in Home Burglary
An Imperial man and his High Ridge acquaintance are facing charges in connection with a home burglary in House Springs. Brian Rulo, of the 4700 block of Kirchoff Ln. in Imperial, and Blake Young, of the 4700 block of Wilbert Rd. in High Ridge, have been charged with second-degree burglary.

Man Charged With Home Repair Fraud
A 40-year-old man has been charged with home repair fraud in Madison County. The contractor identified Robert M. Gayan as the possible suspect in this case. Gayan was charged with Aggravated Home Repair Fraud.
Police: Man Didn't Tell Girlfriend He Had HIV for Two Years
A man faces a criminal charge for exposing another person to HIV infection. Vinita Park Police said Robert A. Bartlett, 42, of the 1500 block of Purdue in Pagedale, was charged by St. Louis County prosecutors Jan. 17 with recklessly exposing another person to HIV.
Police: Cleaning Woman Stole Computers From Medical Office
A woman who worked for a cleaning service stole three computers from a medical office in Creve Coeur, police said. Ebony Evans, 23, of the 8100 block of Airport Road in Berkeley, was charged Jan. 17 with felony stealing.
Maryland Heights Police: Burglar Stole Ritalin and Cash
A man was charged in a Jan. 16 burglary in Maryland Heights in which a bottle of Ritalin was stolen. Daniel Maiden, 32, was charged Jan. 18 with second-degree burglary and stealing a controlled substance.
Police: Woman Forged Percocet Prescription
A woman faces a criminal charge for altering a Percocet prescription and presenting it to Ladue Pharmacy. Stephanie Hepler, 36, of the first block of Country Squire Lane in unincorporated St. Louis County north of Creve Coeur, was charged Wednesday with fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.
Man Injured Richmond Heights Police Officer With Kick in Knee
A man injured a Richmond Heights police officer early Friday morning by kicking him in the back of the knee, causing him to collapse to the floor. Freddie Shaw, 50, of the 1400 block of Collins Avenue in Richmond Heights, was charged Friday with second-degree assault on an officer and resisting arrest.
Police: Officers Find Webster Groves Man Loading Stolen Compressor Onto Truck
Bridgeton police officers found a Webster Groves man loading an air compressor onto his truck Jan. 22 outside a hotel on Lindbergh Boulevard that was closed for renovation. Jacob A. Dawson, 29, of the 100 block of St. John Avenue in Webster Groves, was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary and felony stealing.
Webster Woman Faces Third DWI Charge in Wildwood
A woman faces felony charges after St. Louis County prosecutors said she was driving drunk near the Highway 109 and Shepard Road intersection in Wildwood. Christine Baichly, 29, of the 8200 block of Watson Road in Webster Groves, was charged Jan. 7 with driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender.

Ceara N. Goudy, 21, of South St. Louis, was charged with second-degree burglary and felony stealing.
Police: Man Stabs 11-Year-Old in Leg During TV Remote Argument
A 41-year-old man stabbed his 11-year-old cousin in the leg with a knife Thursday as the two argued over the television remote control, police said. Alfonzo Brankley, 41, of the 2300 block of Shirley Avenue in Jennings, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and armed criminal action.
Police: Florissant Man Stole 2004 Grand Am From Home on Mullanphy
A man faces criminal charges for stealing a car Jan. 21 in the 2300 block of Mullanphy Lane in Florissant. Christopher Reed, 18, of the 1600 block of Jackson Lane in Florissant, was charged Jan. 24 with stealing a motor vehicle.
Man Charged in 2011 Pizza Delivery Robbery in North County
A man was charged Jan. 22 in 2011 pizza delivery robbery in unincorporated St. Louis County east of Black Jack. Daquan Marshall, 18, of the 6300 block of Page Avenue in Wellston, was charged by St. Louis County Prosecutor’s Office with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.
Police: Man Helped Steal $5,000 in Electronics in Burglary
A man broke into a home and stole several electronic items Jan. 4 from a Florissant home, police said. Deandre McClelland, 20, of the 1000 block of Derhake Road in Florissant, was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary and felony theft.
Police: Man Put Concealed Handgun in Stolen Car
A man faces criminal charges after a police officer saw him putting put an item into a car that was reported stolen. Florissant Police said an officer saw Derenta Street, 22, put a brown shoulder bag into a stolen car at 306 Dunn Road in Florissant Dec. 11, 2011. When Street entered the car’s passenger side of the car, the officer approached him to arrest him.

A St. Charles man cut his girlfriends wrists with a razor and punched her in the face Saturday, police said. St. Charles Police said David Heitmann, 28, of the first block of Pembrook Drive in St. Charles, was drunk when he became enraged for an unknown reason.
Man Charged With Statutory Rape of Teen Who Disappeared With Him
A Wright City man who disappeared along with a 16-year-old girl was charged Friday with second-degree statutory rape. The girl had been listed as an endangered juvenile. St. Charles County Sheriff’s detectives said Benjamin Kinkade, 27, and the 16-year-old girl fled the state together Jan. 14 after her father dropped her off at work at Kentucky Fried Chicken in St. Peters.
Man Indicted for Murder in St. Charles Domestic Assault Case
A St. Charles County grand jury indicted Steven J. Martineau Jan. 18 for second-degree murder, second-degree domestic assault and third-degree domestic assault in the beating death of his girlfriend. Prosecutors said Martineau assaulted Linda Cerutti May 26, causing severe head trauma. She remained unconscious and died June 10 as a result of her injuries. She was 50 years old.
St. Charles Man Charged After Showing Gun in 'Road Rage' Incident
A St. Charles man was arrested and charged with unlawful use of a weapon after showing gun in a threatening manor. Cecil Lee Huff, 50, of the 500 block of North Sixth Street in St. Charles, was arrested by the St. Charles Police Department and charged on Jan. 7 following an incident on Dec. 20, 2012.

The O’Fallon Police Department has made an arrest that could clear the books of 28 residential burglaries in St. Charles County. Upon further investigation, Joshua Middleton, 23, of O’Fallon, MO.; was charged by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for 27 counts of Burglary 2nd degree, one count of Theft/Stealing of over $500, with a $50,000 bond.

Teen Allegedly Steals Food From Pizza Delivery Driver
A teen has been arrested for allegedly stealing food from a Imo’s Pizza delivery driver in East St. Louis. A black male later identified as 18-year-old Eldren J. Staten exited the passenger’s side of the vehicle and allegedly pulled the food bag from her hands.
St. Peters Police Arrest Walmart Shoplifter
A woman police sought for stealing from Walmart and assaulting an employee has been arrested. Cassandra Lee Hargraves, 29, of Mexico, Mo., was arrested and charged with one count of theft, a Class C felony, after police said she took $1,500 worth of merchandise from the St. Peters Walmart.
Police: Man Put on Probation For Burglary Steals Boots 13 Days Later
Two weeks after pleading guilty to a burglary and theft, an 18-year-old man faces a criminal charge of stealing boots from Kohl’s department store in O’Fallon Sunday. Brian Chappel, 18, of the first block of East O’Fallon Drive in O’Fallon, was charged Monday with stealing as a third offense.

incoln County Sheriff Cottle announced Friday, that one his departments employees, Helen Diane Mershon, was arrested for embezzling. Mershon has been charged with Theft/Stealing of $25,000 or more. She is being held in the Lincoln County jail on $75,000 cash only bond.
Man Charged With Shooting At Officer On I-44
Warrants were issued on George J. Waiksnis, 40, of Washington, Missouri, Wednesday. He is charged with one count of Assault 1st on a Law Enforcement Officer, one count of Armed Criminal Action, one count of Interfering with Arrest, and one count of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. A $100,000 cash only bond was set.
